'Luis Fabiano has a fixed contract with Sevilla. In no way will Luis Fabiano leave, only if the club receives an offer of over 60million euros," Del Nido told the club's official website.

The Brazilian ace has been linked with Manchester City over the past few weeks especially after the departure of striker Ronaldo Bianchi.

'We are in discussions about his next contract and we have decided a number of years and it only remains for us to discuss his wage,' added the Sevilla supremo.

The 27-year old striker has been reportedly quoted saying that talks were at an advanced stage. But then he made a U-turn and confirmed his stay at the two-time UEFA Cup winners.

Howeverm he confirmed that he had always been tempted by the Premier League experience and that he will move there one day.
