"My players were approached by a man saying he represented a syndicate and offered them $30,000 to lose the game," said the Namibia boss.

"The players came to me immediately to tell me and we've informed CAF of what has happened."

This is the second match-fixing scandal that has been revealed during the competition as Benin have also been approached to lose against Mali.

Caf officials say that an investigation into the matter has been started.
