The 27-year-old will fly to Hangzhou, China on Thursday to get started with the Chinese side.
"I am very happy with this experience, especially that the Chinese league has developed in recent years," Abou-Greisha told FilGoal.com.
"The pre-season training camp will start on February 26th in Korea."
Zhejiang managed to survive in the Chinese Super League last season, following their promotion in 2006.
Abou-Greisha, who struggled to find his place in Ismaili's starting eleven for almost two seasons, revealed that he received the offer via former coach Patrice Neveu.
The Egypt international is the second player to leave Ismaili this month, after full-back Sayed Moawad's move to Turkey's Trabzonspor.
