Aluminum lie 10th on 22 points, just four points clear of the relegation zone.

Hassan broke the deadlock after 24 minutes with a well-placed shot. Ahmed Al-Malla should have doubled the lead shortly after but he blasted wide despite going clear on goal.

Abdul-Shafi extended Mahalla's advantage in the 56th minute after converting Ahmed Abdul-Hakim's pinpoint cross.

Digba pulled one back for the visitors six minutes later when he headed home Mostafa's cross.

The 25-year-old Hassan killed off Aluminum hopes moments later to take his tally to eight goals this season.

Mahmoud completed the rout nine minutes from time before Mostafa scored a late consolation for Aluminum.
