Ahli deny Nassr offer for Abou-Treika

Ahli marketing manager Adli Al-Qaeyi denied that the club have received any offers for Mohamed Abou-Treika from Saudi Arabia's Al-Nassr.

As published by Saudi newspaper Al-Shams, a member of the Riyadh-based club's board recently claimed that he is on the verge of stroking a deal with the Egypt icon.

However, Al-Qaeyi insisted that Ahli 'have no idea' about the Saudi offer.

"The club has no idea about that, we received nothing for Abou-Treika from Al-Nassr, not even an enquiry," he told FilGoal.com.

Abou-Treika was targeted by Al-Nassr's arch rivals Hilal last season, but Ahli blocked the Saudi giants' attempts to sign the talismanic playmaker.
