AC Milan playmaker Clarence Seedorf has welcomed the arrival of Brazilian ace Ronaldinho at San Siro but insisted that he won't give up his number 10 jersey.

"When I was playing for Inter, I used to wear the number 10, and when I moved to AC Milan, I could not continue using it because it belonged to Rui Costa," the Dutch midfielder told Calcio Italia.

"When he (Costa) left the club, I was able to wear my favorite number, so I think that this example should prevail this time as well."

The Rossoneri have reached an agreement with Barcelona to lure the services of the unsettled Brazilian forward.

However, Seedorf seems very happy with the possibility of seeing Ronaldinho at AC Milan.

"I will be very happy, because he is a big champion. He will be welcomed," he added.
