The report said that the French player snubbed Juventus in order to join AC Milan who are willing to rejuvenate their squad.
Flamini’s contract expired next June and he refused to ink a new deal as he failed to reach an agreement with Arsenal bosses.
The Rossoneri offered him 4m-a-year, one more than what Juve offered.
The 24-year old midfielder is seen as one of the best central midfielders in Europe at the moment after an impressive season with the Gunners.
30m euros for Dinho and Zambrotta
Elsewhere Milan’s vice-president Adriano Galliani tabled a 30m-euros offer to get Ronaldinho and Gianluca Zambrotta from Barcelona.
However, the Catalan giants want 30m-euros for the Brazilian playmaker only but Galliani told them to lower their price.
"The certainty is that we want the player and he wants us but if Barcelona continue to ask a high price nothing will be done," said Galliani.
Sheva for free
Meanwhile, Skysports.com revealed that Milan are willing to get Chelsea striker Andriy Shevchenko for free.
The 32-year old Ukrainian hitman wants to leave Stamford Bridge but the Italian giants will only get him on a free-loan deal.
