He may return to Derby

Hossam Ghaly's Derby County replaced Sunderland as the Premiership's worst team in history after losing 3-1 to hosts Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.

With one match to go, Derby have 11 points after registering just one victory during their dismal campaign.

It means they won't be able to equal Sunderland's 15-point record in the 2005-2006 season.

Roque Santa Cruz posted a brace and Jason Roberts also had his name on the score sheet.

Kenny Miller scored Derby's only goal.

Egypt's international midfielder Ghaly started the game but was substituted on 66 minutes.

Derby manager Paul Jewell revealed after Derby were officially relegated that Ghaly told him he wants to play Premiership football next season.

The former Ahli man is on loan to Derby from Tottenham Hotspur till the end of the season.
