Sion claimed their first win since the arrival of Essam Al-Hadari following a last-gasp 2-1 away victory over St. Gallen in the Swiss League on Saturday.

Costa Rican forward Alvaro Saborio put the visitors ahead as early as the third minute.

Diego Ciccone looked to have secured a share of spoils when he notched home with three minutes remaining.

But Nigerian striker Saidu Adeshina scored in stoppage time to lead Sion to a precious win.

Egypt keeper Al-Hadari, who joined Sion without the consent of Ahli, played the full 90 minutes in his third match with the club.

The result put Sion in seventh place of the league table with 40 points.
