Nedved, who retired from international football following an August 2006 friendly against Serbia, said that his former Czech teammates are pressuring him to return.
"Several of my Czech teammates have called me to ask me to play and I can’t just say no right now. So I am thinking about it," Nedved was quoted as saying by Calcio Italia magazine on Thursday.
The 35-year-old playmaker also hinted that he could end his playing career all together this summer.
Nedved's contract with the Old Lady runs out this month and there have been no talks of renewing.
"I will end the uncertainty very soon," he said. "There comes a moment when it is right to say enough is enough because the head can’t keep doing it, even if the body can. But this is the right time to leave the game, with Juventus back in Europe."
Nedved helped Juve clinch third place in the Serie A this year and a spot in next year's UEFA Champions League.
"At the start of the season I wouldn’t have believed that we could finish third, but it was an excellent campaign and a great achievement," the veteran midfielder added.
