"Score a quick goal, play with lots of discipline and maintain shape at the back," Kagalta was quoted as saying by South African paper Independent on Saturday.
Stars will be looking to maintain their advantage over five-time African champions Ahli.
The South African outfit snatched a 2-1 home victory in the first leg of the Champions League round of 16.
Stars will not just sit back and defend their advantage, according to the confident Kagalta.
"Hopefully we get an early goal. That should be enough to see us knock them out," he said.
Terrifying Stadium?
Stars players are fully aware that playing at Cairo International Stadium is never easy.
Ahli fans are expected to flood the 74,100-seated stadium to support their team in what is likely to be a tremendous atmosphere.
However, Kagalta insists he and his teammates will not be scared to play in such an atmosphere.
"Not a single one of us is scared or frightened about the prospect of playing Ahli in their backyard.
"In fact we're all excited because this is a big chance for us to make a name for ourselves.
"We've beaten them once and we're confident we can do it again," Kagalta added.
