Moawad made the cut
Ismaili president Saad Al-Gendi said he is looking forward to completing Sayed Moawad's transfer to Turkish side Trabzonspor in order to get $900,000 regardless of his probable move to Ahli.

"We are waiting for the money and if they won't buy him then he will be back to us and won't be sold," Al-Gendi told FilGoal.com.

Ahli have been chasing the 28-year old winger since last January but the move collapsed due to the board's refusal.

After the 2008 Nations Cup, Moawad has been loaned to Trabzonspor with a buy-out clause of $900,000.

The Red Devils intend to get him through the Turkish side but they will have to do it before the deadline on May 16.

"Ahli must stop chasing our players especially those who have still long-term contracts. Such attitudes would only raise the tension between both sides," added the Ismaili boss.

Reports have suggested that Ahli are interested in signing the Dervishes' defender Sherif Abdul-Fadil and playmaker Omar Gamal.
