"Adli Al-Qaeyi was in Turkey to finalize the deal and Moawad signed a five-year deal,” an Ahli source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told FilGoal.com on Friday.
Ahli’s marketing manager Al-Qaeyi and board member Khaled Al-Darandali traveled to Turkey to seal the deal.
‘We are expecting his license on Sunday and we will add him to our African squad,” added the source.
The Red Devils have been chasing the 28-year old winger since last January but at that time the deal collapsed after Ismaili board's refusal.
He moved to Trabzonspor on January and the latter got him on a permanent basis after paying Ismaili $900,000.
