Spanish reports suggested that Luis Aragones will keep Cesc Fabregas on the bench when Spain face Russia in the EURO 2008 Group D clash on Tuesday.

Daily Marca reported that the 21-year-old, who was a regular in Spain's qualifying campaign, is set to make way for Villarreal experienced midfielder Marcos Senna.

Fabregas, whose form with the national team was questioned by many, said on Saturday that 'It wont be a blow' if he started on the bench.

Senna should partner automatic choice Xavi in midfield, as the latter's Barcelona colleague Andres Iniesta is also tipped to join in.
