Zamalek assistant coach Mohamed Helmi left the team's pre-season training camp in Cairo after a disagreement with chairman Mamdouh Abbas.

"I will not return to the camp, I am disappointed with what's happening inside the club and I have no further comment to make," Helmi told FilGoal.com.

A state of unrest surrounds the atmosphere inside the Cairo club, summed up by distinct transfer problems involving Amr Zaki and Hani Saied.

FilGoal.com has learnt that Helmi was dissatisfied with Abbas' handling to the infamous Saied case, in the wake of a recent meeting between the latter duo.

Moreover, it is believed that the Zamalek second man had a technical disagreement with new head coach Reiner Hollman over the team's African squad list.

The Whites will clash with bitter rivals Ahli in the opening game of the CAF Champions League group stage on July 20th.
