Al-Ghandour claimed in his daily show on Dream TV that Hassan influenced Saied's decision to back down on his move to Zamalek from Ismaili.
However, the former Anderlecht man vehemently denied the allegations as he promised to sue Al-Ghandour.
"This is a mess. I don’t know what sources he used to claim that against me. I will take legal action to preserve my rights," Hassan told FilGoal.com.
"I am the captain of the national team and my relationship with all players is excellent, but I am a footballer at the end of the day, I can never be involved in such cases.
"I totally reject Al-Ghandour's act, his relation to Zamalek does not give the right to criticize Ahli players, this is inappropriate.
"I hope the media can help us. We have an objective to reach the World Cup so we have to work as one unit."
Egyptian football has been wretched by a series of domestic problems in late, despite the sensational CAN 2008 achievement in Ghana.
