Roma's director of sport Daniele Prade has reportedly flown to Madrid to discuss possible deals for Spanish winger Reyes and Brazilian forward Baptista.

Baptista is likely to move to the Giallorossi as he is deemed surplus to requirements at Real Madrid.

Reyes does not also feature in the plans of Atletico Madrid coach Javier Aguirre, according to Spanish daily Marca.

Although the former Arsenal man excelled in Real's triumphant league campaign in the 2006/2007 season, he was used mostly as a substitute after joining Atletico.

Roma skipper Francesco Totti has recently called on his side to sign two more star players if they are to compete for the Serie A title next season.
