Bayern Munich striker Miroslav Klose has urged his teammates to beat Hamburg next Friday and put and end to a three-match winless streak.

“That must end now. We must put an end to Hamburg’s failures as we couldn’t beat them in the past three encounters,” Klose told Bild.

Hamburg, where plays Egyptian forward Mohamed Zidan, won two of their past two clashes against the Bavarian giants and were held once.

Bayern Munich will open up their campaign next Friday when they’ll host Hamburg in the Bundesliga opener.

“We must stop this negative series. As a team we must remember that we are the best,” added the German striker.

Meanwhile the 30-year old striker said that the team hasn’t reached their top form yet and they are only at 80%. “We need more time to adapt to Klinsmann’s quick play.”
