Zamalek set for Abidjan trip

Zamalek are in shortage of strikers ahead of next week's CAF Champions League crucial game with ASEC Mimosas in Abidjan.

Mostafa Gaafar was ruled out of the game, following a dispute with the board over last season's salary deductions, while Abdul-Halim Ali is suspended with two yellow cards.

Osama Hassan, who was summoned to a military court last week, returns to the squad after missing Sunday's league win over Masri.

Summer signing trio Ricardo, Alaa Kamal and Mahmoud Samir are still ineligible to play in the African competition, but domestically-banned Mohamed Aboul-Ella is included.

Zamalek Squad:

Goalkeepers: Mohamed Abdul-Monsef, Abdul-Wahed Al-Sayed, Emad Al-Sayed.

Defenders: Hani Saied, Mahmoud Fathallah, Wissem El Abdi, Amr Safti, Karim Zekri, Ahmed Ghanem.

Midfielders: Osama Hassan, Mohamed Ibrahim, Mohamed Aboul-Ella, Ayman Abdul-Aziz, Mohamed Abdullah, Alaa Abdul-Ghani, Ahmed Magdi, Ahmed Abdul-Raouf.

Strikers: Gamal Hamza, Sherif Ashraf, Junior Agogo.
