The prolific striker signed a four-year-deal at Old Trafford after joining on an undisclosed fee, following months of speculation over his future.
Berbatov has been linked with the Premiership champions since last season, and Spurs have acknowledged his exit after landing Roman Pavlyuchenko on Sunday.
