Hollmann wants reinforcements
Zamalek coach Reiner Hollmann said that his players' confidence in their own abilities is the only key to beating Ahli in the CAF Champions League on September 14th.

The 'Whites' have only beaten their arch rivals once in the last 15 meetings and the upcoming game will be a make or break to revive their hopes of reaching the Champions League semi final.

"Beating Ahli is a question of getting my players to believe they're good enough to do so," Hollmann told FIFA.com on Thursday.

The German tactician stated that Zamalek is a sleeping giant, adding that it will take a lot of effort to bring the club back as Egyptian or African Champions.

"Zamalek were a very good team but there has been some trouble in the club. They have lost four good years and now looking to move on to new positive way."

"This club needs stability and discipline and I'm working to try and achieve that," concluded the former Ahli boss.

Zamalek enter the Ahli clash after their 3-0 defeat to ASEC Mimosas left them third of group A in the CAF Champions League quarter final one point behind the Ivorian champions.
