The Egypt sweeper sustained the injury in the pre-match warm-up of Sunday's 2-2 draw with Ahli at Cairo Stadium.
Zamalek team doctor Mostafa Al-Monairi confirmed that Saied will be out for at least one week, before undergoing a scan on Monday.
"He will have a scan on Monday, but he will not play before next week anyways," Al-Monairi told the club's official site.
Fathallah Doubt
Furthermore, Mahmoud Fathallah could also sit out the game in Harare, following a knee injury sustained against Ahli.
The international center-half was taken off just before Ahli's equalizer, and Al-Monairi conceded that his availability in uncertain next weekend.
"Fathallah's chances of playing will be determined during the upcoming few days," he added.
Zamalek will already miss influential striker Gamal Hamza, who is suspended for the Dynamos game after being cautioned in the Ahli draw.
