Gazzetta dello Sport revealed that sporting director Alessio Secco is in talks with the 30-year old defender to end the contract which is set to expire in 2010.
Andrade's deal contains a clause that allows Juventus to terminate his contract if he is ruled out of action for more than six months.
The Portugal international joined the Old Lady in summer 2007 for 8 million euros. He played four league games and since then has been ruled out with a fractured kneecap.
And just as he was set to come back last July he sustained the same injury in training and is expected to be out of action for most of this season as well.
A compromise is set to be reached shortly and Andrade will be a free agent.
