Coach Jurgen Klinsmann told Kicker magazine on Monday that the Turkish international needs to be operated again to correct the injury.

The 25-year old player fractured his metatarsus in March but he was able to recover in time to make the EURO 2008.

However he felt a lot of pains and had to undergo a surgery last August. That didn't help him as he is still suffering and he will have to undergo another operation.

He will be ruled out for at least three months and hopefully he will be fit for Bayern's games after the winter break.
