New manager Bruno Metsu has announced a 23-man list on Tuesday including Yasser, denying all reports claiming that he would be dropped from the squad.
The camp will start on October 4 and the team will fly to Australia a day later.
The Qatar Football Association asked Ahli to allow Yasser to join the camp before Sunday so that he can make the trip with his teammates especially that he won't feature against Enyimba in the CAF Champions League semifinals.
Meanwhile Metsu revealed that Hussein Yasser must have regular football or he will be risking his place in Qatar's starting lineup.
The talented winger has had limited opportunities since joining Ahli in the close season.
