The Old Lady are experiencing a bad Serie A spell as the team is currently 11th in the table after failing to win in any of their last three league games.
"We need to find our character that allowed us to get out of Serie B and I just ask the players to stick with this project, which is based on the development of youth," Ranieri was quoted as saying by Calcio Italia.
Despite the poor results Ranieri confirmed that his position is not in jeopardy, adding that he's got his players' full backing.
"I'm not worried about the dressing room, I can assure you that I have 100 per cent support and nobody is causing rows with me."
"I have a certain level of experience and the only thing that is worrying me is the number of injuries and players away on international duty."
After the current international break, Ranieri's Juventus will be up against Napoli at San Paolo on October 19th.
