The Bavarian made up for their stuttering start to the Bundesliga campaign after claiming three successive victories, with the latest coming at the expense of Eintracht Frankfurt.
Despite falling behind early in the second half through a Martin Demichelis own goal, Bayern overturned the result through goals from Miroslav Klose and Franck Ribery.
"I think things are developing nicely for us at the moment, and not just in terms of results," Klinsmann told the club's official website on Thursday.
"We’re coming together more and more as a team, we’re helping each other close down the space, and we’re controlling matches.
"I think it was a very controlled performance today, even if it was tense after we conceded the goal. We all want to go top of the league, and every win takes us closer."
Title holders Bayern lie fourth in the league table with 18 points, four behind surprise leaders Hoffenheim.
