"Zamalek officials are causing damage to the historic relationship between the two clubs with their irresponsible acts," Ismaili president told FilGoal.com.
"We often thought that Ahli were to blame for snatching our stars, but now Zamalek are trying to lure our players in every way."
Zamalek have been linked with trio Abdullah Al-Saied, Sherif Abdul-Fadil and Mohamed Fadl, who had an offer rejected from the Whites last week.
"They know that Al-Saied and Abdul-Fadil are both tied with Ismaili until 2013 and that we are not ready to sell our stars, so why are they trying to sign them," added Aboul-Hassan.
"I also cannot understand why they don't follow legitimate methods in their approach."
Zamalek's last signing from Ismaili was Egypt sweeper Hani Saied, who sealed a controversial move from the Dervishes in July.
Ismaili opted to sell the 29-year-old to Zamalek, despite the player's clear desire to join arch rivals Ahli.
