Essam Al-Hadari's Sion have parted ways with coach Uli Stielike as club chairman Christian Constantin announced he will take over as interim manager.

Sion's official website said that Stielike rejected to submit his match selections to the chairman for approval which lead to the German coach's departure.

Constantin said he will be in charge of the Swiss side until the winter break, after which a new coach should be appointed.

Sion were beaten 3-0 by league leaders Basel last weekend, which left the former in seventh place with thirteen points from 14 games.
