The veteran center-back was a free agent after being expelled from the Cairo giants by Abbas, and after several months he joined Konyaspor.
Beshir, who had two separate spells at Zamalek, blamed Abbas-led boardroom for the players' stuttering form, saying it's not caused by technical shortcoming as many people believe.
"Throughout the last three years, Zamalek's previous board caused so many problems, which directly reflected on the team's performances and results," Al-Tabie told Modern T.V.
"The best decision Abbas has ever made is stepping down as Zamalek president, it's better that way for everyone."
Lack Of Experience
The former Rizespor player also pointed out that none of the board members have professionally played football, except for Hazem Emam.
"I was at my best with Rizespor, but when I moved to Zamalek last season my level distinctly dropped. I was badly affected by the incompetent management," he said.
He also referred that skipper Ayman Abdul-Aziz seems out-of-sorts as a result of the constant conflicts in the team.
"Abdul-Aziz was one of the most prominent players in the Turkish Super Lig for ten years, but he hasn't impressed with the Whites," he added.
Al-Tabie, who was once linked with move to Ahli, said his deal with Konyaspor proves doubters wrong.
"Konyaspor are considered a good team in Turkey, it's even better than Rizespor. My career hasn't come to an end yet" he said.
"Having sealed a two-and-a-half-year deal with such an outfit, I rested my case."
