Zamalek football director Ahmed Refaat has made an official complaint to the club board about forward Gamal Hamza and defender Wissem Abdi for skipping training twice on the trot.

"I resorted to escalating the problem to the boardroom after imposing all the punishments I'm entitled to," Refaat told FilGoal.com on Saturday.

The beleaguered duo are training separately along with Osama Hassan, Ricardo Alves and Mohamed Aboul-Ella under the supervision of trainer Momen Soliman.

All five players were suspended indefinitely weeks ago as a disciplinary measure.

However, Aboul-Ella has been granted a reprieve on Friday upon showing commitment and respect for the sanction.

The 28-year-old midfielder is due to rejoin the normal training sessions after the team's upcoming Egyptian League match against Ismaili.

Ricardo Pardoned?

The Whites will probably lift the suspension of Brazilian left-back Ricardo as well.

"Ricardo is expected to be back in the team soon. He followed all our directives precisely," the football director added.

"But the fate of Hamza, Abdi and Hassan is in the hand of the board."
