The towering striker tore a calf muscle in the dying minutes of Stuttgart's 2-0 victory over Schalke on Sunday.
He will definitely miss Stuttgart's league match at Energie Cottbus on Saturday and is rated doubtful for the anticipated game against Bayern on December 13th.
"This is a blow, of course," Stuttgart coach Markus Babel was quoted as saying by Bundesliga.de
