Ahli forward Hussein Yasser said he's uncertain whether his coach Manuel Jose will field him against Adelaide United in the FIFA Club World Cup on Thursday.

The 24-year-old was closely observed by the Portuguese tactician in Wednesday's training session, as Yasser's chances of starting against Adelaide seem substantial.

All the same, the Qatari international couldn't assure that he will take part in the forthcoming match.

"It's hard to speculate a starting line-up," the former Rayan and Al-Sadd forward told FilGoal.com "But I always do my best in training."

Yasser's lack of regular first-team football cost him his place in the Qatar squad for next month's Gulf Cup of Nations in Oman.

Meanwhile, duo Moetazbellah Eno and Hani Al-Egeizi also caught the eye of their boss during Wednesday's training and are pushing for starts.
