In the wake of a board meeting on Monday, the Reds have officially reaffirmed that they are not ready to sell the 30-year-old at any price.
"The football committee and the board have come to a decision that Ahli are not ready to sell Mohamed Abou-Treika," a statement on Ahli's official site read.
"We are insistent to keep our star despite huge offers from Arab and English clubs.
"The board was eager to meet with the player, appreciating his vital role with the club and his contribution to several trophies in recent years.
"We understand the player has the right to play abroad, as we stress on the club's need to his services. But the strong bond between Ahli and Abou-Treika settled the issue."
Ahli's decision comes amid serious interest from Saudi champions Hilal, who launched an official bid to loan the Egypt ace for one year.
The Egyptian champions have once again blocked the departure of the fans' toast, who never expressed any objection regarding his sale.
