"The board is trying to work out an agreement with Samaka that will see him leave the club," Kazma board member Gehad Al-Gharballi told local paper Al-Watan.
"Samaka needs to change some aspects of his game. He has to be aware that talent isn't enough."
The 25-year-old is often criticized for showing off his skills rather than being a team player.
Samaka, who came through Tersana's youth ranks, failed to atone for a disastrous spell with Cairo giants Ahli.
Seeking to rejuvenate his career after being banned for failing a doping test in November 2006, he joined Kazma.
Samaka failed to establish himself as a regular starter at the four-time Kuwaiti champions.
Tersana, who lie at the bottom of the 16-team Egyptian League table, are reported to have expressed an interested in signing him in January.
