In the North African Cup Winners Cup semi-final, Bejaia defeated Masri through two goals from Kouider Boukessassa and Hamza Ananni either side of the interval.
Bejaia, who played with ten men for about 55 minutes after Boukessassa was dismissed, reached the final with a 2-1 aggregate win, having lost the first-leg in Port Said.
Hassan reacted furiously to the defeat.
He initially saw his twin, Masri coach Hossam, ordered from the touchline after protesting against the referee's decisions.
The former Egypt right-back, who was also infuriated by some refereeing decisions, lost his head as chaos erupted on the pitch.
Hassan spat at the referee, assaulted the fourth official and made improper gestures towards the home crowd.
The 42-year-old is renowned for his fiery temper. He was involved in numerous disciplinary problems during his playing days.
Hassan was twice handed a one-year ban for similar incidents in the 1990s.
