Zamalek midfielder Mohamed Abdullah said that his former Turkish club Konyaspor are interested in luring him in January’s transfer window.

The 27-year-old has earlier said that he wants to leave Zamalek, after being excluded from the team’s last two league games.

"Konyaspor have submitted an official offer to Zamalek, and I’d welcome a move back to the Turkish Super Lig," Abdullah told FilGoal.com.

"However, I’m still considering all options as I received two other Emirati offers."

After an unsuccessful spell with Ahli, Abdullah played for Konya for six months in 2007, before making his Egyptian Premier League comeback with Zamalek.
