Recent reports suggested that the Dervishes are not willing to stick with the foreign guardian, who was recently training with the team.
"Sabri has already signed a contract and is committed to Ismaili," agent Shiha told FilGoal.com.
Ismaili already have Samuel Johnson, Mostafa Karim and John Jambo registered as foreign players, in addition to the recent agreement with Mozambique defender Dario Khan.
Coach Ricardo Ferreira now has to decide on three foreign players to be registered until the end of the season.
Fadl Deal
Meanwhile, the Dervishes have reopened talks with striker Mohamed Fadl over a new contract, following a board meeting.
The Egypt international will run out of contract in the summer, and Zamalek are seriously interested in his services.
However, Ismaili are hoping to reach an agreement with the 29-year-old for a further stay with the club.
