EFA announce dates for cup semis

The Egyptian FA set the 26th and 27th of January as dates for the semi-finals fixtures of this season's cup competition.<br>

The Egyptian FA set the 26th and 27th of January as dates for the semi-finals fixtures of this season's cup competition.

Last year's finalists and 2005 champions ENPPI host Petrojet on Monday January 26th, while Harras Hodoud visit newly-promoted Asyut Petroleum on Tuesday 27th.

ENPPI, who marginally lost to holders Zamalek in 2008, are aiming to clinch the trophy this year, whereas the other three contestants are going for a first-ever title.

Usual suspects Ahli, Zamalek and Ismaili were all handed shocking eliminations from the last 16 phase.
