Petrojet have agreed to loan out playmaker Walid Soliman to Ahli Jeddah until the end of the season, according to football director Mounir Kamel.

The Saudi giants made a $500,000 bid last week to loan the 24-year-old for the remaining four months of the league competition.

The initial bid was rejected by Petrojet, who demanded $2million, but the petroleum side seem to have finally agreed with Ahli over a fee for the player.

"There was a board meeting on Monday and the loan offer from Ahli Jeddah for Soliman was accepted," Kamel told FilGoal.com.

Soliman has been in an extraordinary form with the league leaders so far this season, which drew the attention of Egyptian champions Ahli.

The talented midfielder, who earlier pronounced his desire to play for the Cairo giants, has been named in Egypt's squad for Friday's friendly with Kenya.
