Over the last few days, the playmaker held negotiations with the club's officials over the transfer fee.
Now the Ghanaian player is set to join the Alexandria-based side for $ 220,000.
"Junior wanted $ 230,000, while our initial bid was $ 210,000," Ittihad chairman Mohamed Moselhi told FilGoal.com.
"Eventually, we managed to reach an agreement."
Agent Mounir Hassan also confirmed the deal completion, saying the player is putting his signature to the contract on Wednesday.
Fruitless Spell
Beforehand, Junior spent two seasons at Zamalek, but couldn't leave his mark on the Egyptian Premier League.
Although the midfielder put on promising displays right after his arrival, he couldn't secure a regular place with the White Knights.
Later on, he sealed a move to Saudi Arabia's Wehda, and now he's set for a new spell in Egypt.
