The 29-year-old Ukrainian international was targeted by Bayern since last summer, but is yet to reveal his plans regarding the Bundesliga champions' interest.
Eventually, Bayern GM Uli Hoeness sounded the club's frustration will the stalling of the Zenit ace, who is intended to replace unsettled Dutchman Mark van Bommel.
"I have no idea on why it is still hanging with him," Hoeness told Bild newspaper.
"I am not going to call the player up every other day and ask what's up. We have put together a clear offer, and are not under pressure.
"The player has until the end of February to decide."
Sagnol Retirement
On the other hand, Hoeness conceded that injury-troubled full-back Willy Sagnol is set to terminate his contract with the club, as he decided to retire.
The 31-year-old Frenchman has been suffering with an Achilles problem since last August, following an operation.
"It is clearly looking like he will call it a day, because, in terms of fitness, he does not feel in the position to continue his career," said Hoeness.
"I assume that he will take on a job in management at a French club. From rumors I have heard, he could become the sporting director at Monaco."
