Egyptian-based Ghanaians to face Pharaohs

Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac has called up three Egyptian Premier League players, for the Black Stars’ team which will face Egypt in a friendly on February 11.

Zamalek striker Junior Agogo, Harras Hodoud defender William Mensah and Masri keeper George Owu were all named among Ghana’s 20-men squad by Rajevac.

Ghana will have Rennes striker Asamoah Gyan back in the national side, after 12 months of absence due to injury.

The friendly will also witness the return of Hoffenheim’s Isaac Vorsah and Auxerre player Moussa Narry, after the pair was not included in previous games due to a clash with Rajevac.

While Inter star Sulley Muntari was named for the exhibition, Chelsea midfielder Michael Essien is out because of a long term injury.
