The Ivorian was sanctioned after he had taken part in ENPPI's cup semi-final win over his former club Petrojet.
According to the regulations of world governing body FIFA, Players may be registered with a maximum of three clubs during one season, but they would be eligible to play official matches only for two sides during this period.
Prior to signing for ENPPI, Goory controversially left Petrojet halfway through the league's first term to join Emirate side Wasl, and he featured for all three sides.
Consequently, the player was banned, and the FA registration official will be questioned later on.
Furthermore, Goory's agent Tamer Al-Nahhas has been indefinitely suspended and will be questioned either.
The FA also confirmed the eligibility of ENPPI to play the final despite playing Goory in the Petrojet match.
