Zamalek newly appointed coach Michel Decastel agreed on loaning out midfielder Ayman Abdul-Aziz until the end of the current season.

The player’s agent Khaled Zekri earlier told FilGoal.com that his client received a loan offer from Konyaspor in the Turkish Superlig.

According to Zamalek’s official website, Decastel gave the green light for the 29-year-old to leave the club for the moment.

From his side, Abdul-Aziz will give up on the rest of any financial dues he was to receive from Zamalek until the end of the season.

Abdul-Aziz returned to Zamalek and was given the team’s armband in the summer, after a seven-year spell in Turkey.

However, successive spats with interim coaches Ahmed Refaat and Ahmed Ramzi resulted in his omission from the first team, which forced the player to seek a move away from the White Knights.
