The towering striker was close to joining Zamalek in the January transfer window but he eventually opted to stay put.
"I did not want to leave Ismaili halfway through the season," Fadl told FilGoal.com.
"There were some Ismaili players who jumped ship when they had the chance to do so, but I will be loyal to the club because they helped me a lot.
"I earned a call up to Egypt's squad after being given the chance to prove my worth at Ismaili. I will focus on scoring more goals for the team during the second half of the season."
Fadl, who scored just two goals so far this season after being sidelined for long spells through injury, will be a free agent next summer.
"I’m ready for any discussions with Ismaili over a contract extension," the 28-year-old added.
