A last-gasp volley by Ahli playmaker Mohamed Abou-Treika prevented Sfaxien from lifting the prestigious trophy at Stade 7 Novembre.

Both sides meet again in the African Super Cup at Cairo Stadium on Friday.

"The current Sfaxien side are totally different," Al-Badri told Ahli's official website on Wednesday.

"They strengthened their squad and notably improved. The match will be very difficult.

"But I fully trust the players' abilities to overcome Sfaxien and win the cup."

If Ahli win a fourth Super Cup title, they will surpass arch-rivals Zamalek, who won the annual one-match competition three times.
