Shokri, who joined Turnhout on loan from Lierse last week, came on as a half-time substitute before finding the net ten minutes later.
Turnhout reached 43 points on top of Group B of the third division, five points ahead of second-placed RCS Vise.
Former youth team member Shokri joined the lower division side as he struggled to break into Lierse's first team, spending most of last season with the reserves.
Lierse Draw
Meanwhile, Lierse went temporarily top in the Belgian second division, following a 0-0 draw at Oostende on Saturday.
Egyptian trio Mohamed Abdul-Wahed, Ahmed Samir and Sherif Al-Beyali played for Lierse, with the latter making a second-half appearance.
De Pallieters, who are pushing for a top-flight place next season, are one point ahead of Sint-Truidense, who visit FC Liege on Sunday.
Lierse and Turnhout are owned by business man Maged Sami, who brought a number of Egyptian players to both clubs during the past couple of years.
