Harras Hodoud winger Ahmed Eid might not be available for Egypt’s friendly against Ghana on February 11th due to his father’s death.

The 29-year-old was allowed to leave the national side’s training camp, and it is yet to be known if he will be back before the game or not.

“We allowed Eid to depart the camp. All the players and the technical staff will visit him later on Monday to pay respect,” Egypt assistant coach Shawki Gharib told FilGoal.com.

“We’ll leave it up to the player himself to decide if he wants to take part in the game or not.”

While the Ghana game will witness the return of Mohamed Zidan and Mohamed Barakat, The Pharaohs will have to do without Wigan Athletic injured striker Mido.
