The Italian international failed to win a starting place at Juve since joining the club from Udinese in 2007.
He has now become the Old Lady's fourth choice forward, especially with the brilliant form of Del Piero and Amauri.
"I don't feel inferior to any one of my teammates," Iaquinta said in an interview with Tuttosport.
"A great team has to have four quality attackers and someone has to be out every now and again. That someone is me."
The 29-year-old added that despite the fierce competition at Juve, he wants to stay on and fight for a steak in Claudio Ranieri's team.
"The day that I signed for Juventus, I knew what I was up against. Otherwise I would have chosen a club with different ambitions and played all the time."
The Towering hit man was given a rare start against Catania on the weekend, where he scored his fourth goal of the season before getting sent off on 12 minutes.
